New Year's Resolutions 2012

  • Get Healthier
    • by...losing 30 pounds to get my BMI to 23. I would like to do this by 8/30.
    • by...training to run a 5K race. I would like to a race Labor Day weekend.
    • by...eating more fruits, vegetables, lean protein and less processed foods.
  • Get the household organized
    • by...sticking to a daily/weekly/monthly cleaning schedule.
    • by...creating a system for organizing and maintaining the bills/budget
  • Enhance the boys days
    • by...creating a schedule for TV/computer time
    • by...creating a schedule for active, outdoor time
    • by...creating a schedule of educational, craft activities daily
Next step is going to be creating an action plan for each item!
