A cleaning Pinterest SUCCESS!
I cannot stand soap scum, it actually bothers me. And God help me if Coach and I are in the shower together (don't judge, we're saving the environment) and I touch the walls. I almost get the dry heaves. I've tried it all. Kaboom. Oxi-whatever...every bottle that promises to get rid of the soap scum, NONE. OF.THEM. WORK. Period.
So when I saw this on Pinterest, I was skeptical. I had the white vinegar and I needed dish soap as it is. I figured why~not.
Warm up the vinegar (I used a cup of vinegar and microwaved it for 2 minutes). Then I poured it into the spray bottle, add an equal amount of blue Dawn (the website comments were pretty specific about getting the blue kind), shake and that's it.
Again, that's a one to one ratio of white vinegar to blue Dawn. The whole point is that the white vinegar is heated up, I haven't used it with it being room temperature and don't know if it'd work just as well, I'd rather just make it fresh each time.
Finally something that worked!
